CLAIM RESEARCHER Lauth Investigations International Inc. is a licensed and Better Business Bureau accredited (A Rating) Indianapolis-based investigative firm and information broker with resources and analysis worldwide. Since launching the Lost Assets Division in late 2012 Lauth Claim Researchers have recovered over 3 million to rightful owners in 13 states. POSITION SUMMARY Working as a contractor from home the Claim Researcher will have daily interaction with individuals nationwide who have ownership to lost assets (unclaimed) in various state Attorney General Treasury Offices. In this role the Claim Researcher is responsible for educating the potential claimant (also commonly referred to as heir ) of the assets and their origin provide guidance and support through the application process conduct research and due diligence of necessary documents and finalize the completion of the claim until payment from the respective Treasury Office. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED Initial contact with claimant presenting them information of the open assets securing of customer agreement and communicating with various businesses and government offices. Assist claimant in locating necessary documents to secure claim. Complete a minimum number of business development calls to claimants. Follow up on leads and utilizing outlined personal communication strategies professionally . Manage daily your workflow activities and scheduling of calls. The position is commission-based however the commission is 50% on all completed accounts which dramatically increases earning potential with active diligence. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and database systems (i.e. Google Drive) Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal. Ability to read and profess general rules regulations policies and procedures systems and all applicable laws of working states. Internet connection working phone line (wireless VoIP landline etc.) and a personal computer. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Candidates of all backgrounds are encouraged to apply including those whose career experience includes sales marketing banking and financial services real estate life and health insurance insurance claims active or former law enforcement customer-service and business development.
