Serves as property manager property consultant and liason between owner tenant and housing authority admininistrators. Spearhead and supervise inspections required by HUD and the District of Columbia Housing Authority voucher program as a pre-condition for tenant to move in or to continue to reside in a livable unit house. Also supervise any and all violations presented by housing inspectors that must be completed to effect continuing participation in the HPVC program.
