For Immediate Hire Corporate Office & Home Manager Housekeeper and Laundress for Active Family Active family of busy professionals with 2 children and 2 dogs looking to make an immediate hire of a part-time experienced home manager housekeeper laundress and office cleaner who is positive takes initiative and can fit in with the family and be with them for years to come. Must be friendly dependable organized detail oriented caring and flexible. Twice weekly office cleaning also included. Corporate Office & House-cleaning management duties include -Deep cleaning on an efficient and regular rotation from top to bottom including detailed dusting behind and underneath inside outside windows on lower level making a bed properly -Keeping common and entertaining areas tidy and organized -Family laundry familiar with sorting and care of delicate or luxury fabrics and ironing -Maintain home organization and add new organization ideas as needed -Seasonal closet rotation -Pet care -Running errands as needed -Managing home service providers consisting but not limited to lawn pool pest control landscaping window cleaning plumbing handyman etc. -Green thumb with indoor outdoor plants. Help us keep them alive Nanny duties include -Picking up kids from school and getting to and from activities doctor appts etc. -This is a priority Monday through Wednesday -Supervising homework as needed -Preparing simple and healthy meals as needed -Availability to work overnight occasionally would be preferred Requirements -High Attention to Detail -Trustworthy and Honest -Clean Background Check -Great Communication Skills Necessary -Excellent organization skills -Minimum 2 years experience as a hands-on housekeeper in a 4 000 square foot 2-story home with excellent verifiable references -Experience cleaning a corporate office environment -Knowledge of cleaning fine furnishings fabrics granite hardwood fine linens professional offices etc... -Ability to create and maintain deep cleaning efficient rotation schedule -Must feel comfortable working with others in formal business as well as household setting and be able to communicate and coordinate with service people vendors etc -Able to communicate well and take direct and constructive criticism from direct supervisor in addition to homeowners. -Current Valid and clean Driver s license record -Non-Smokers need only apply 15.00 per hour Long-term Part-Time position 4 to 5 days per week at approx 20-30 hours. Family will guarantee 20 hours per week. Must be available during business hours Monday-Wednesdays for house can clean office after business hours or weekends.
