Full-time front desk certified medical assistant needed for a busy high-paced Primary Care practice. Primarily beginning at the Front Desk the responsibilities are greeting patients checking in patients collecting copays deductibles co-insurances checking out patients scheduling answering multi telephone lines daily close reconciliation referrals and authorizations appointment reminders and delivering world class customer service. Medical Assisting responsibilities are as follows preparation of patient charts for future appointments data entry into patient s electronic medical records rooming patients obtaining vitals administering injections and performing procedures such as EKG PFTs ABI. The qualified candidate must be willing to work evenings and willing to be adaptable to the different positions as needed on a day-to-day basis.
