Seeking an individual with the following skills and experience Knowledge in all facets of general maintenance ability to lift 50 pounds or more. Broad maintenance skills in basic electrical plumbing vehicle repair ability to drive and operate a utility tractor. Security Ability to assist with security of the property. Prior experience is a plus. If you have experience in night club security Community security retired officer plese apply. Position hours may work for a second part time seasonal job. Able to work every weekend is a MUST 16 to 24 hours per week. This is a position that is seasonal (April 20 2016 thru October 9 2016). Great company and staff to work for.
