Part Time Front Desk Receptionist Dental (Annandale) Dental office is seeking receptionist to assist in front desk duties. Are you attentive to detail with a friendly personality If you are looking for a part-time job that can grow into a full -time job down the line apply today Responsibilities Open and close dental office according to office protocol Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the practice Check in Check out patients according to office protocol Verify patients benefit eligibility and update insurance information as needed Scan and attach patient documents to electronic chart Review the office for a neat professional appearance and make necessary changes Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism Make sure appropriate message is on machine example lunch holiday etc. Record chart entries from phone or in-person conversations when appropriate Maintain confidentiality of all client and practice information Monitor company email Schedule patients for optimal use of doctor and staff time Gather and accurately record insurance information from patients Maintain Hygiene and Doctor schedule by monitoring schedule confirming and making appointments through patient recare system Be familiar with the office financial policy and be capable of scheduling patient for treatment according to office financial policyExperience Certifications Dentrix experience preferred but not requiredUnderstanding of dental insurance and terminology Implant Knowledge preferred but not required Job Requirements MUST have at least 1 years experience in a dental office Please DO NOT call our office to inquire you must submit your resume and cover letter to be considered Please submit your resume to admin(at)novaperiohealth.com
