What We Are Looking For We are looking for a full time Sales Customer Service Representative. You will be on the phone with customers trade emails with customers and talking with customers. The goal of these communications will be to help our customers find the right product and ensure they have a great customer experience. Your role will not be limited to direct communications with customers. You will be expected to use your experiences with customers to improve all aspects of our business. All of our team members have worked extremely hard to grow our business. We are looking for relaible people who share our work ethic. Requirements 1 to 2 years of Customer Service experience preferred. Ability to work well as a part of a team This job requires a lot of coordination with the shipping department. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude and the ability to deal with pressure well We have a very high standard for customer service and want to maintain that. You must be able to learn technical information about our products and relay this information to customers in a simple manner.
