Great benefits and salary compensation package Job Type Full-time seeking candidates local to Monmouth County NJ Clerical You will provide administrative and clerical support to a team of sales representatives as well as sales managers Duties include preparing of marketing materials and written communication organizing sales data and records Lead Generation Sales Support Specialist will be in charge of following up with leads confirming sales appointments and finding leads through phone contact with potential customers. In addition you may be asked to schedule group events and trade shows. You will also serve as a gatekeeper. As a gatekeeper you are the first point of contact for customers and lead to help direct leads and customers to their assigned sales representative. Customer Service Customer service is a core function of a Sales Support Specialist job. You must interact with customers answer their questions or find appropriate answers. In order to do so you will need to consult with the dealer channel manager or a sales representative. One of your roles is to make in-house customers feel welcome by playing the role of greeter and receptionist. You will also attend trade shows and sales events where you will be in charge of greeting customers scheduling sales appointments and answering questions. Service Recovery You will help in resolving potential service mishaps customer complaints or issues. Following a sales presentation or product demonstrations your role is to make contact with the customer to address any concerns and get feedback. Part of the follow-up process involves sending out additional information that clarifies the product. Required Experience Sales support preferably in the government sector Knowledge of web-based CRM systems Willingness to take action while working independently and as a team member
