Buckingham Place Medical Adult Day Center is seeking a Per-Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to be available for occasional daytime on-call duty. This would be a great opportunity for an RN employed in the evening to supplement income with occasional daytime hours between 8 30am and 4 30pm M-F. Applicants must hold current NJ Registered Nurse licensure have one year of full-time experience in nursing strong interpersonal skills ability to function with little or no supervision and the ability to function as part of the interdisciplinary team. Duties and Responsibilities include though not exhaustive Monitoring identified medical conditions clinical behavior nutritional status personal hygiene and participants response to treatment and nursing care. Administering and supervising prescribed medications and treatments. Managing medical emergences Documenting nursing services provided Implementing infection control procedures Must be able to bend and stoop frequently push pull up to 50 lbs occasionally and rarely assist with transferring participants weighing up to 250 lbs.
