Insurance Office AssistantAccount Manager

Looking for a full time Insurance Office Assistant Account Manager to start ASAP. Will be reporting directly to business owner of an insurance agency with top Fortune 500 company in USA. This job will include coordinating various office support services including (inbound outbound) telephone calls greeting office visitors & customers following up on various existing and prospected accounts. Must have computer and personal skills. Strong writing and communication skills are required. Team player works independently and initiates leadership in problem solving. Spanish speaking is a plus.
