My husband and I are looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom 1 or 2 bathroom duplex or house. We do have an outside dog so we are looking for a property with a nice size backyard and reasonable rent. We are NOT looking for a roommate or to take over someone s apartment lease. We would like to move in April and stay within the Westside and Southbay Areas of Los Angeles. We are looking for landlord s that would like to have great tenants that pays their rent on time and will take care of the property as if it were their own. We are looking to move ASAP. So if you do have anything available in the month of April we would like to look at it. If we do like the area and the place than we would be willing to take it.
