Black Mountain Ruck - Restore Old Glory
It has recently come to our attention that there is an American Flag in desperate need of restoration. This flag sits at the 1 000 summit of Black Mountain overlooking the beautiful city of Henderson. The current flag is tattered and shredded due to high winds and weather. This project demands our immediate attention As fitness fanatics we ve come to realize that it isn t always about pushing your own personal limits and that there is much joy in getting together with others to crush a common goal. So let s get together at seven AM Saturday April second 2016 for a very special community and team building event to restore Old Glory to what it should be. We will ruck to the top of Black Mountain carefully take down the tattered flag and erect a new flag and ceremoniously retire the old flag. Total distance will be approx 7mis with about 1 100 of elevation gain....
