Spring Birding Tour - April 29 - May 1 Tennessee State Parks invite you to spend the weekend birding in the Knoxville area. Basecamp for the event will be Norris Dam State Park and field trips will visit 7 Islands State Birding Park and Cove Lake State Park. There will also be walks at the nearby Eagle Bend State Fish Hatchery and Sharp s Ridge in Knoxville. Knowledgeable birders from the Knoxville Chapter of the Tennessee Ornithological Society will be the guides for the field trips along with State Parks Naturalists. The spring migration should be in full swing and the birding should be excellent Inclusive weekend package are 269 and includes 2 nights accommodations at the Norris Dam State Park cabins all activities and programming 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner. We also have a package for 119 that does not include overnight lodge but does include all activities transportation and meals.
