This is a real A-code GT Mustang Fastback. Must sell for next project. Car was completely rebuilt from the ground-up 8 years ago. The original 4bbl 289 has been replaced with a new Ford 347 with a 650cfm Quick Fuel double pumper Bordix ST5.0 aluminum heads Comp valvetrain components and Nostalgic mechanical camshaft JBA headers and Tremec World Class 5-speed. The front suspension is now Total Control Products coil over spring. A Currie Nodular 9 with a 3.70 ring and pinion and Boss 302 springs complete the rear end. From the headers to the original stainless steel GT valance exhaust trim the car has 2 1 2 exhaust Bassini X pipe and Flowmaster 50 series stainless steel mufflers. The stang has 4 wheel disk brakes. The car was painted the original raven black and the red GT stripe was re-applied. The only changes to the body are a set of Mustang Projects sequential tail lights. The wheels are California Pony Cars 17 x 8 Shelby 10 spokes with Nitto 555 tires. The original standard red interior was replaced with a red on white TMI pony sport seat upholstery and door panels. A new original tool red dash pad and carpet were installed. An original Shelby dash pod with the original Shelby oil pressure and tachometer give the interior the look of the classic street racer of the 60s. This car has won 2 best of class awards at local car shows.This car screams and is a blast to drive. Car is sold As Is. Appraisal is available.
