First they sent someone to survey the tree with no obligation to hire. The gentleman that came out was knowledgeable listened to our concerns and made recommendations for our specific tree. He made sure to reassure us that they are both licensed and insured. Once we signed the contract for work the guys were out within a week I can t believe it s even the same tree.
