2011 Nomad Joey 34 ft. apposing slides 14ft wide in the lounge area and 11 ft in the kitchen dinette area. Full bathroom with enclosed shower master bedroom in the nose with full queen size bed with 14 in. memory foam mattress. AC propane furnace and stove propane electric waterheater and good sized fridge freezer. and electric fireplace in lounge built in by manufacturer. Built in stereo dvd player with inside and outside speakers 26 in.led TV. Well lite by interior lights and by large windows in day time also wellventilated with cross flow aimovement as all windows open ( hardly used our AC). Roof was always anti UV coated twice a year and is in excellent shape no cracks. Equipped with 2- 30 lb. propane tanks and 2 - 12 volt household batteries. trailer is on piers and hurricane tied with a privacy wall and a 16x10 deck and storage wall in a small RV park outside of Rio Hondo Tx. The park owner lives on site and the rates are very reasonable and it is gated. Close to Harlingen Brownsville South Padre Isl. and Progresso Mx. Great fishing in the Laguna Madre and the Arroyo Colorado free launch ramp 3 miles away. Also for sale is a 2014 15 ft. Johnboat and 2014 boat trailer boat in excellent shape stored under cover year round on site. Also for sale is washing machine (wife hates laundramates) and small bar fidge. One owner and non smokers.
