LANDSCAPE FIELD SALESPERSON ESTIMATOR Locally owned and fast growing landscaping design build firm company is looking to hire energetic field sales person to help keep up with consistent demand. If you are great with people have excellent communication skills and are a true sales professional seeking a new opportunity we would like for you to come work for us. We have been in business since 1979 and have seen consistent growth each and every year. With our continued success we are looking to hire full time year round field sales person to fill additional roles on our sales team. We offer a comprehensive compensation structure are a fun and fast paced company to work for with room for advancement. Company will provide the majority of qualified leads to each field salesperson. Salesperson will be expected to take on approximately 300-400 of provided leads in a given year. Approximately 70% of business leads will be provided by the company the remaining 30% will be the responsibility of field salesperson. Outside marketing networking groups canvassing generating outside referrals etc. will be expected above and beyond all provided company leads from the salesperson. Field salesperson will be provided with a company vehicle Company I-phone and I-pad. Inside office space will be provided as well with all software and computing capabilities to allow salesperson to take information from onsite sales appointments and generate new proposals. Time management skills and willingness to go above and beyond is extremely important to be successful in this position. WHAT WE HAVE TO HAVE FROM YOU Excellent people skills ability to build rapport with new clients quickly Possess excellent time management skills and reliability Showing to appointments on time in appropriate attire Must be motivated hardworking and willing to go the extra mile to close leads Understanding of selling process industry specific is preferred (construction landscape etc.) however we will train on industry procedures and pricing if need be.
