I m a professional female looking for another female to share my 3 bedroom 2 bath single family home with myself and duaghter. We are located in a quiet neighborhood ample street parking and near 101 and 126 freeways. Room has hard wood floors queen size bed night stand dresser chair chest and large closet with above and below drawers. Will share large kitchen bathroom dining area washer & dryer. We have a large covered patio and big back yard. Must love animals be reliable honest and clean. No drugs but smoking outside is ok. Rent is 700 a month plus 1 3 utilites and would like to rent on a month to month basis to insure everyone comfortable and happy with arrangement. 1st months rent ( 700) and equal amount ( 700) for deposit due at move in as well as proof of employement. Would require minimum of 14 days notice if to move out with this arrangement. Please contact me to see room house and may be flexible on rent amount for right person.
