I would like to move out pretty much ASAP with the exception of 4 8-11. Im putting 4 1 as the available on date but if you contact me early enough I can probably be flexible and do it earlier.This isnt technically a sublet because my apartment doesnt allow subletting so I would have to cosign the lease with you. From your POV this looks the same (I move out and stop paying you move in and start paying). From mine it puts me at some additional risk.
