Manufacturer Sales Rep Biker Apparel.

The NMK Independent Sales Representative (ISR) will sell the NMK range of Doo Rags to motorcycle dealers in designated territories throughout North America. The NMK ISR targets and secures new accounts grows sales and market share meeting or exceeding forecasted targets works directly with dealer personnel to establish the correct product mix and optimal placement provides product training and dealer support as required. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develops territory growth plan and effective strategies for territory management. Continuously identifies new business opportunities and executes on identified needs. Tracks and monitors dealer purchase activity. Maintains and grows accounts. Delivers exceptional service to a diverse dealer group understanding and proactively responding to their needs. Develop a strong relationship with key decision makers. Develops strong partnerships with dealership employees and key vendor representatives Gains and maintains knowledge of markets within the assigned territory and actively works to increase market share Identifies target accounts and develops sales plans to achieve goals. Successfully articulates the value proposition of the NMK brand. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 3-5 years (or more) motorcycle industry sales experience Motorcycle industry sales experience is required. Broad understanding of the motorcycle industry either through OEM or dealership viewpoint. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good presentation skills comfortable demonstrating product and product training. Strong planning and organizational skills. Highly responsive and meets the expectations of the customer and company. Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory. Comfortable speaking with a variety of dealership personnel including senior management dealer principles vendors press etc Ability to multitask in a fast-paced deadline driven and constantly changing environment. Ability to prioritize workload meet deadlines and understand when to escalate potential issues. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to use tact and diplomacy must be a team player. Must be self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative. Has an entrepreneurial spirit and drive to win.
