This Non-CDL position is responsible for delivering construction materials to our job sites. The driver will provide friendly and courteous customer service at all delivery sites. Primary responsibilities include Operate company owned vehicle to deliver materials that are needed for each job site Load and unload the vehicle at the store and delivery sites Read maps and follow written or verbal geographic directions Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve customer service Monitor maintenance issues such as gas oil water tire pressure and brakes to ensure vehicle is in proper working condition report issues to the supervisor. Maintain cleanliness of the assigned vehicle Perform other duties as assigned A valid driver s license with clean driving history and the ability to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner at all times are required. A background check and pre-employment drug screen are also required. Physical requirements include Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds Must be able to climb up to three flights of stairs while carrying lumber drywall materials Must be able to work in severe weather conditions both heat and cold ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUATION A MUST ALONG WITH A TEAM PLAYING MENTALITY 10- 11 to start with potential for growth
