Trauma as Medicine 3 day Retreat
What Happens in this Retreat We find the space within ourselves where we come to face to face with our unresolved suffering the memories of trauma or pain which get in the way of experiencing peace joy and freedom. What is unresolved becomes our greatest demons fear guilt shame betrayal and abandonment to name a few. Eventually we notice that running doesn t work we can never get away from or get rid of what has transpired in our lives. We can however choose to make medicine from it by getting real about what has happened in our lives reclaiming our power and doing some deep listening to the wisdom we hold within. In the natural setting of Rundles Mission lodge we use the Shamanic journey and process to explore these aspects of our life s experience to draw forth clarity understanding self love and restoration. In this way we begin to claim the gifts of our journey and make our own Soul Medicine....
