The car has 4.2L engine with 4 speed manual transmission Air Conditioning Triplex Electrically Heated back glass and nice Chrome Wire Wheels. It is a Light Blue Car with Dark Blue Interior. It is all matching numbers. I have the Jaguar Heritage Certificate that states the Following Date of Manufacture 8 December 1969 Transmission Manual Exterior Paint Colour Light Blue Interior Trim Colour Dark Blue Date of Dispatch 19 December 1969 The original owner was a lady who didn t drive it much and kept having trouble with the carbs. She traded it in 1973 for a MGB GT. The 2nd owner bought it in 1973 from the dealer and Rarely used the car. He had the car striped to bare metal in 1974 and had the car repainted in the factory color. Apparently the original owner would park the car under a shade tree at work and the tree sap etched the paint to a point the 2nd owner had it repainted. After painting the car he kept the car rust proofed with oil in all the seams the doors the Bonnet the trunk Rockers the rear quarters everything. The car was parked in 1986 inside his garage with a sheet over it with only 35 570 miles on the odometer. He would put some Marvel Mystery oil in the cylinders from time to time but never started car. I bought the car from the 2nd owner. It is straight out of storage with all the dust just the way I found it. The car currently has a header but it has the original manifolds and shield . It also has the original owner s manual jack hammer and knock off tool. I even have a speeding ticket the previous owner got in 1975 I have not tried to start car but the motor does turn over. The car is totally rust free and has never been wrecked.
