Assist Immigration Consultant with determining case issues Investigate compile and digest facts of the case Research and analyze legal sources Prepare appropriate forms regarding client matters before the Departments of Homeland Security Draft correspondence to clients etc . Coordinate with client to assemble documentation complete questionnaires and forms review case status etc . Review files on a regular basis and prepare regular status reports to client. Assist client in obtaining necessary documentation for application Be familiar with concepts of immigration and nationality law such as the requirements for non-immigrant and immigrant visas admissibility and deportation. Have excellent writing skills including a mastery of English and Spanish spelling and grammar. Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
