We perform structural modifications and other repair oriented services to communication tower structures. We are dedicated to providing the best solutions to our clients.We are currently looking for local qualified applicants for Tower Hand positions while doing steel work. Some of the qualifications we are looking for Freedom to be out of town working 95% of the time. Usually the out of town work will last no longer than 2 weeks at a time. So living in close distance is a must. Must pass random drug testing. Use of mag drills common hand tools and experience with steel work is a must. Knowledge with knots. Experience with a cathead. Physical ability to climb and maneuver on steel structures at great height while performing work. This list is not all inclusive but gives the general idea of needed skills. Company Benefits Paid vacation after one year. Safety equipment is provided by the company. Employees are paid once a month based on their yearly salary. Boots are purchased yearly for employees after 90 days of employment. We pay for hotels meal and provide snacks drinks for our climbing crew.
