Both Sofas are 5 years old and in near new condition. All three sofas fully recline and are made from 100% polyester. Made by BEST CHAIRS INC. Carpeted riser is 6 x8 10 high riser and elevates the second row as seen in the picture. Both sofas are in a non smoking home. Items must be picked up. Please e-mail with any questions.
