Responsible for preparing superior food quality items in a high volume restaurant per ticket order as required and to current menu specifications for guests. Requirements Previous high volume experience in Hotel Casino restaurants 24 hour restaurant experience preferred. Possess and maintain culinary tools to perform the necessary job functions. Able to work at a high rate of speed and accuracy. Must be able to maintain a positive attitude at all times and work well under pressure. Team player with the ability to work independently Able to lift 50 plus pounds on occasion Must be able to read speak understand and write English. Shift Varied shifts full-time Weekend and Holiday work required. Required experience line cook 1 year - preferred
