ResponsibilitiesThe Per-diem custodian will provide routine manual work cleaning the entirety of all buildings both interior and exterior. The Per-diem custodian will perform recurring tasks in accordance with established practices and cleaning schedules. Supervision is direct with frequent inspections to assure completion of assignments in accordance with instructions and standards of cleanliness. Duties include Clean and sanitize restrooms bathrooms classrooms offices specified indoor and outdoor spaces using established practices and procedure. Clean dust and wipe furniture sweep mop or vacuum floors empty clean wastebasketsand trash containers refill restroom dispensers. Assist with the setup cleanup of facilities for meetings classrooms conferences events etc. Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies. Atd to emergencies when necessary.
