ANTIQUE 1800 PENNSYLVANIA FAMILY HEIRLOOM LARGE MAHOGANY WOOD DRESSER RICH DEEP BROWN WITH REDDISH EARTH TONES HARD WOOD HAND MADE 20 5 8 D x 42.5 W x 39 H OR BEST OFFER This piece came from Pennsylvania from my grandparents (born in 1890 and 1894) extensive collection of antique furniture inherited in turn from their families through generarations. The pictures do not do justice to the dresser. The lighting is difficult in the room and my super camera on my cell phone proved not up to the job -- alas And we did not have our good cameras with us. That said the piece is HEAVY large and gorgeous. It s a dark deep rich brown mahogany with reddish earth tones. It has not been refurbished or refinished. Consequently there are a few small spots where there are missing pieces of wood (please see pics) and two large cracks running across the top of the dresser (pic). The bureau measures 20 5 8 Deep x 42.5 Wide x 39 High. The legs are 7 from ground to bottom of the dresser. My father recently unexpected died and my mother has asked me to sell many of their possessions to help her out. The dresser is in Claremont.
