Competitive pay benefits vacation and holiday pay. JOB DUTIES include but not limited to Install repair troubleshoot and service air conditioning units heating systems and ventilation systems. Assist in removal of old heating and air conditioning equipment and ducting. Must have the ability to handle installation of gas and electric heating and air conditioning systems such as heat pumps package units zoned systems IAQ solutions fabricate sheet metal transitions and plenums. Must have the skills to work independently and perform work accurately. EXPERIENCE SKILLS REQUIRED Universal EPA Certification Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School Prior HVAC experience necessary with verifiable references Residential service experience (commercial a plus) General knowledge of HVAC systems parts troubleshooting capabilities Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs Effective use of the English language both verbal and written Excellent customer service skills and great communication skills Job requires after hours on call and weekends as needed Professional and goal oriented Drug free (must pass drug test prior to employment offer ) No criminal history (must pass background check) Clean DMV-Insurable driving record (proof of clean driving record) Mathematical skills Please email resume and include verifiable references.
