Estimator Project Manager Company specializing in Demolition Lead Abatement Mold Remediation & Earthwork is seeking an experienced estimator project manager we are located in La Puente CA. Candidate must have the ability to develop and administer proposals to new and existing clients produce desktop estimates utilizing in house software review contract proposals and prepare field crew work orders . Individual will be required to troubleshoot permitting issues read site plans have a working knowledge of basic site development and site work demands. The position serves as the liaison between the client and the management team to keep the project on time and meeting all environmental and safety protocols. The position requires exceptional customer service skills the ability to close the proposal with follow up and accountability and the desire to grow with a company that values dedication and ethics. ResponsibilitiesReview project plans requirements & specifications Create bid packages(Proposal Estimate) Bid take offs Jobwalks Create Change Orders communicate with Field Operations changes to the scope and or clarifications Schedule projects perform project close out and execute COI requests. Order materials and equipment needed for each project Attend pre-construction meetings weekly meetings for ongoing projects Communication with site Forman and operators Review scope of work with site Forman Monitoring emails and multi-tasking a variety of deliverables. QualificationsMust have minimum 2 years of experience bidding Demolition Lead Abatement and Mold Remediation work in the industry Must be experienced & proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook Word Excel Spreadsheets Must have experience with estimating software Must speak fluent English Bilingual with Spanish is a plus Must have a high school diploma or equivalent college degree preferred Must have a valid drivers license Cannot have any criminal record and must be able to pass a drug test upon hire and at random throughout employment Must have excellent communication skills and able to work well with a team Compensation Salary negotiableSend your resume toCarvajal(at)cmindustriesinc.com
