Mostly cosmetic issues.3 bedrooms ( one bedroom has been turned into a tv room) 1.5 baths.Tip out living room linoleum in kitchen should be replaced Living room rug has some pulls. Does have an addition attached to it would have to be removed its size is about 18x18 if you wanted the room that would go along with the price of the home. Or if you wanted the wood and all material used to build the room (windows doors etc) you could take that as well.
