Performing ALL duties assciated with tree service Climbing groundman stump grinder Bobcat etc... Receive daily jobs from Owner of company and discuss special instructions Know proper and complete operation of each piece of equipment and see that the crew uses the right equipment for the job Manage & work alongside tree care crew while performing all aspects of tree care services Understand and demonstrates proficiency in all aspects of the ground person and climber positions Ensure all crew members utilize all required personal protective equipment Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards Stump grinding Applicants must have EXPERIENCE in climbing Experience operating a skid steer Leadership and problem solving qualities Experience in the tree service industry A valid drivers license clean driving record and must be able to drive a manual transmission. CDL is a plus Tree safety knowledge Must be proficient and know safety protocols for using machinery ie stump grinders chainsaws chippers etc. The Tree Service Foreman will be required to maintain job efficiencies safety compliance & the quality of production through proper and consistent communication with crew members clients and management. Experienced Groundman ONLY EXPERIENCED NEED APPLY Driver s License Required Demonstrates proper application of approved knots Safely uses chain saws Bobcat Chipper Stump Grinder Demonstrates and practices proper pruning and small removal skills Demonstrates and practices proper rigging techniques Learns and understands the dangers associated with electrical hazards Reports for duty at the designated location on time each day Follows directions from the crew leader or designated supervisor DRUG FREE VALID DRIVER S LICENSE REQUIRED MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION Experienced Climber ONLY EXPERIENCED CLIMBER S NEED APPLY MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER S LICENSE Ideal candidate will have experience working on a tree crew. Performs all required ground climbing and aerial lift duties. Able to perform proper application of approved knots. Able to perform proper rigging techniques. Valid Drivers License required Must have own transportation CDL is a BONUS Able to operate aerial bucket truck bobcat stump grinder chipper and chainsaws safely. CDL Driver Groundman Immediate employment is available. The qualified candidate will possess a Valid CDL driver s license and will perform groundman duties on the job. Tree service experience is preferred but not required. Reliable transportation to work is required. MUST HAVE a VALID CDL Must have a valid Driver s License. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Job requires working outside in ALL weather conditions.
