Does have a title. Trailer includes 2 - 7000lb torsion axles with 16 inch tires and brakes spring- assist ramp on back door camper style entry doors (2). 12 volt lights 2 each 110 volt lights AC Unit (condition unknown - as is) toilet and tank accessories sink with cabinet aluminum tread in the cargo area. Tires in decent shape.Trailer has less than 10 000 miles although since 2013 it hasn t been towed any further than across town. It has set in outdoor storage the entire time without any use. Even so found no leaks appears to have kept weather tight. 5 000 is the opening bid and also the reserve (No hidden reserve). Must call for appointment to inspect between 8AM to 5PM Monday thru Friday Central Time. Titles are not at the location with the trailer they are held at a separate Jefferson City office. Once payment is made you will be emailed asking for title information which will be mailed to you (unless you want to personally pick up the title).
