Cranston Hall apartments is currently hiring for a maintenance man position. The right person will become a part of the Cranston Hall maintenance team. This person will take direction from the maintenance manager management with any tasks that might arise daily. We are a large apartment complex of 167 units and most days are very busy. We are looking for someone who is able to multitask and function efficiently in a fast paced demanding environment. Applicant MUST have a driver license MUST have experience of some sort in this field of work MUST have their own hand tools and MUST NOT have a criminal background. The right person will be expected to be on time every day and be able to stay if any emergencies arise on any given day. Hours for this position will be 7 50am - 4 20pm Monday - Friday.
