Everything from ceiling to floor is included in your cleaning with the exception of carpet steam cleaning. After the initial 3 hour base rate is fulfilled the hourly rate is 30 per hour. Once your residence has been fully cleaned you then have the option of scheduling weekly or bi-weekly upkeep appointments at a large discount because the time needed to freshen up your home has been greatly reduced.
