We have a 5 ton force air air condittioner unit we brought from Calif. We have been told that is to large for our home. We would like to get a 3 or 4 ton unit(house is 1000 upstairs and the same downstairs). We would be willing to trade the 5 ton unit for a smaller unit and see what the charge would be for installation of the smaller unit. Our home is already set up a force air unit. Please bring you license. No Handyman please. Thank you
