We received the check today3 12 2011 Previous review If you are thinking of hiring this Company (also known as OLS Sprinkler Service) owned by Stephen If you are thinking of hiring this Company (also known as OLS Sprinkler Service) owned by Stephen Trett be sure and get a written estimate BEFORE you let him do any work on your property. We didn t do this and it ended up costing us 375 for a new timer and valve on our sprinkler system. The retail on these two items is a total of 130. He was at our home for approximately 1.5 hours most of which he spent just chatting with my husband. This means he charges about 160 an hour for his time very high for a landscaper. Stephen has a definite talent with trees and plants and reshaped my Sweet Acacia superbly. I was very pleased with how the front and back yards turned out. His crew removed the items I requested and planted a replacement plant and left the area clean and looking well groomed. My irrigation was giving me problems and making a huge noise when the water would go on. Stephen s team fixed the piping and pump to work correctly. His work and products are the best I have ever dealt with. Believe me in my line of work as an agent I look only for the best for myself and for my clients when they ask for referrals. When I first contacted him it was because I had used a company that was what I thought to be good and cheap. Well cheap is not always the answer people because they did not deliver HINTS why I called Stephen. Not only did his company deliver he went above and beyond what I expected. Not only does his work show when completed and for many years after You know that it was done right. He is very knowledgeable with his work and was willing to answer any and all of my questions before during and after the work was done. I have worked with many landscape contractors throughout the years but like with many people today the claim of integrity is only skin deep.That s not the case with Organic Landscape Services. As a general contractor I need to be able to trust and have full confidence in my sub-subcontractors to carry the same level of pride and integrity that I do. I have people driving by stop and knock on my door to see if they could touch my yard because it was so prefect they thought it was fake. He did the project from start to finish. I have never been happier with any project in my life I would recommend him to anyone. He is an arborist business owner extraordinaire - extremely knowledgeable thorough courteous detail-oriented and pleasant to work with. It s a complicated set of trees and he has kept them healthy culled and thriving for all these years. Phoenix AZ 0 friends 1 review 8 24 2016I had Steve the owner take out a palm tree a few years back.He gave me a quote showed up when he said he would took down the tree and with the help of his stump grinder helped me take out the roots.I have asked him on several occasions for help and advice on landscape issues concerning my home which I have owned for 22 years.He has always been honest and upfront about cost and what needed to be done.He has been doing this all his life and is very knowledgeable.I would highly recommend him for any tree and and landscape problems...
