Canada Immigration will now Accept Results of TCF French Language Test Canada Immigration will now allow the results of the TCF Canada Test (French Language Certification Exam) for economic immigrants. The federal government of Canada will start accepting the results of TCF from December 2018 onwards.TCF French Language Certification Exam TCF Canada was developed and administrated by the French government organization to test French language proficiency. It will now become the 2nd French-language exam accepted by the Federal government of Canada after TEF Canada. That means IRCC will now honor the TCF and TEF results. The move will now give the French-speaking applicants for Canada Permanent Residency a second language exam option. TCF was designed for corresponding with the IRCC s recognized French language standards NCLC.Both French and English are the official languages of Canada. For Canada immigration eligibility candidates from the economic immigration programs managed by the Express Entry System Federal Skilled Worker Federal Skilled Trades and Canadian Experience Class must first prove their proficiency to a certain level in either French or English.Candidates claiming for French as their language preference for the Federal Skilled Worker Class first have to prove their French language proficiency with NCLC level 7.Candidates claiming for English as their first language for the Federal Skilled Worker Class first have to prove their English language proficiency in IELTS (International English Language Testing System) or CELPIP (Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program) exams.The Federal government of Canada will now be spending 36.6 million funds in the next five years on Francophone Integration Pathway which will create ties between the French-speaking new entries and the Francophone minority communities.French-Speaking Immigration in Ontario Ontario is running the FSSW French Speaking Skilled Worker Stream as part of its OINP (Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program). It has placed itself on the front for Francophone Immigration outside of Quebec.
