This is a luxury fifth wheel with lots of extras to make full-time living a breeze. The floor plan is very open and the kitchen huge. There s a convection microwave combo oven a three burner range with propane oven an upgraded four door refrigerator with ice maker and a ton of counter space for food prep. The living area has a free standing dinette a sofa that converts to a bed in seconds two rocker recliners a huge entertainment center with a 40 HD TV with DVD player (surround sound inside and out ) an electric fireplace for heat or ambiance and a desk workspace. There s also a ton of storage in upgraded cherry cabinets and a fantastic fan with rain sensor. Going up the wide stairs to the bedroom you ll see two drawers one that stores the central vac (there s also an outside vac port) and one for storing odds and ends. In the bathroom you ll find a spacious glass enclosed shower with a glass vessel sink. The bedroom has a king-size bed with under bed storage large closets significant drawer space and a washer and a dryer. The basement has a large pass through storage area. The rig has electric jacks and power landing gear as well as a powered awning. Each slide has a topper. No one has ever smoked in this rig and the inside has been recently detailed from end to end. There are several other upgrades and features as well. There are three years remaining on the transferable bumper-to-bumper warranty and the registration has just been renewed.
