Priority Physicians PC is a privately-owned growing five physician direct pay medical office and is the largest and most successful concierge practice in Indiana. Our position as such is due to the premium quality healthcare and superior customer service we offer to our patients. We are seeking an experienced energetic career-minded medical assistant with 3 to 5 years experience working in a physician s office and who has superior phlebotomy skills. The successful candidate will work with one physician as his or her medical assistant (including but not limited to scheduling obtaining prior authorizations scanning filing to electronic medical record prescription refills) and will share responsibility for phlebotomy and other clincial needs with two other MAs. Requirements high school diploma college diploma a plus certificate of medical assistant training sussessful candidate must have 3 to 5 years experience working in a medical office strong working knowledge of medical office protocol recent phlebotomy experience strong computer skills MS office EMR SOAPware and secure web portals. Candidate must be able to deliver detailed messages in a clear and concise manner and must be readibly understood when speaking on the telephone. Must possess proven customer service skills must be a team player and get along well with co-workers must be efficient and able to multi-task and be extremely detail-oriented. Must be a self-starter with iniative and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must have reliable transportation. Compensation In addition to hourly wage we offer a rich benefits package which includes seven paid holidays PTO medical dental insurance generous 401K and profit sharing covered underground parking.
