TITLE CURATIVE SPECIALIST This position is responsible for reviewing title commitments and identifying any and all issues which will prevent insurable title. The Title Curative Specialist also clears any and all defects in title. The Title Curative Specialist should be able to read title and have an in depth knowledge of what could or could not be an issue beyond the common seniority of a lien.
