The Sales Associate is a key player on the Retail Floor as he she is the first person our customers will interact with both on the phone and in the store. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years sales experience preferably in kitchenware. have excellent communication skills. be passionate about cookware and has a desire to learn about our extensive product line and to sell those products with the knowledge of features and benefits. have a neat appearance and a courteous demeanor with a constant smile. Time Requirements This is a 20 to 29 hours a week position scheduled shifts will vary from week to week. Must be available to work some nights Saturday or Sunday and Holidays. It is expected that our ideal candidate work with minimal supervision from the management team and attend required meetings. Candidate must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
