Hourly Rate DOE W2 Hourly Duration 6 months (at least) Location Tampa We are not authorized to work Corp to Corp at this time. Primary responsibilities include the following Analysis design of current and new system components Integration of new components into the existing system Ensuring system design adheres to technical standards Coding testing and production implementation Partner with Project in project planning Satisfy programming requirements for assigned work with minimum supervision within budget and time constraints Documenting system changes to satisfy SDLC requirements Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications Liaise with multiple technology teams Work with a team of developers based in offshore locations. Production support Knowledge Experience Experience in Ab Initio programming. Experience in UNIX Scripting. Hands-on experience in Oracle and Sybase. Experience with Basel Regulatory Capital Market Risk Credit Risk a strong plus. Knowledge in financial products a plus. Demonstrated experience in writing FRD and Technical Design Documents. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Excellent problem solving skills and follow through skills. Ability to work in virtual environment independently and as part of team. Experience working in full software development life cycle. College degree in Information Systems or Computer Science.
