Job Description -Help elect environmental champions and win important laws at the federal state and local levels -Work on campaigns to protect water resources mobilizing the public to demand strong standards and to protect the sources of our drinking water. -Serve as the in-field support for our lobbying team -Get regular briefings from the State Director on how your work impacts campaign victories -Learn strategic communication skills while enhancing the artistry of public speaking -Be provided with paid training in a supportive setting -Work in a casual and progressive environment -Gain knowledge about environmental issues grassroots lobbying and organizing and fundraising Requirements for Position -Basic working knowledge of environmental or political issues -Passion and desire to create positive change -Team oriented and motivated -Strong communication skills a must Compensation 10-13.37 hr base rate bonus benefits This is a Full-Time position.
