This is a temporary contract for six-nine months at a major employer in an industrial park outside of Louisville. Applicant should have reliable transportation as the city bus does not travel that far out. Applicants must be available for an open house interview on August 14th training will start September 9th. Hours for training are 8-5 pm after the two week training course you will be given a shift it will be either 8-5 or 2-11 you must be able to accept whichever shift you are given. You will not be able to choose. Due to growth a great opportunity will be opening shortly for a well known company in the Louisville area. The Agent Support Representative will be working in a call center environment and supporting Salespeople in the field all over the United States. This is a highly visible position we need your experience enthusiasm and superior customer focus to help us achieve the highest level of customer service possible as you educate and problem solve with the Field Agents regarding Medicare and other insurance products. In order to excel at this position you will need to have effective communications skills share and understand technology must be organized and the ability to multi-task. Proven success in an Agent Support role or the insurance industry is a huge asset. Applicants must be able to attend a two week training class with times approximately 8 00 to 5 00 pm Monday through Friday with shifts of either 8-5 or 2-11 you will not get to chose your shift.
