We re looking for a part time breakfast and sous chef for a luxury bed and breakfast. Breakfast will usually be served on weekends to guests of the hotel although other days may be required if there are guests staying. Sous chef hours are primarily Thursday through Saturday evenings. We also do a large number of weddings. Your flexibility in being available for work is a major key. You may also be asked to do other jobs besides acting as a cook such as helping to set up banquet facilities for events. We re looking for the following characteristics 1. Punctuality 2. Being available to work some breakfast shifts nights weekends and some holidays 3. Versatility 4. Clean cut and drug free 5. Experience in catering 6. Some fine dining experience 7. Experience in cooking breakfast for 10-20 people on a regular basis. 8 Good work ethic 9. The ability to work well in a team setting 10. Thick skin and the ability not to take criticism personally. 11. The ability to work with difficult and big personalities. 12.
