Hello I am seeking individual investors to develop existing convenience stores without gas stations. There are businesses with or without real estate. This will be done by merger and acquisition. I have opportunity to form a small local chain store with 2 to 10 stores...I can immediately capitalize on these opportunities as soon as capital is granted. There is an exit stragety to buy single stores or acquire a company with similar operations. The ability to trade via otc to major exchange is an option. This investment is safer than a savings account with better interest rate or returns. This investment will repay capital within 7 to 10 years for 10 to 30% equity stake.
