Josie is a 1 year old border collie mix female who currently weighs 20 pounds. She was found emaciated in South Carolina running down the street with a double choke collar deeply embedded into her neck. It is a wonder that she made it and certainly a miracle. The collar had almost gone through her jugular vein She underwent surgery on 8 27 to repair the damage and remove the collar. Josie is up to date on shots and will be spayed prior to moving into her forever home. She is good with all people and other dogs cats are unknown.
