The end result is to implement an organized work force for the completion of day-to-day maintenance trouble reports and outages. The individual will support and supervise an organized preventive maintenance program capable of performing the work orderly efficiently and safely while minimizing equipment down time. The Mechanical Supervisor has the responsibility for all the equipment in and associated with the Power Plant and surrounding buildings. Their area helps maintain max plant availability and efficiency. The individual may supervise up to 22 or more mechanics. Supervisor must be able to identify Lockout tagout points of protection for work on equipment and manage the policy at maintenance level....
